Köseoğlu Mining Construction Industry and Trading Co. Inc. was founded in 1987 with the core objective of pursuing business activities in the areas of mining, construction, engineering, tourism, transportation and agriculture.

The extensive experience derived from operation of open pit mines as part of Company's mining business extension led it use the raw extrudes thereof for excavations in a variety of motorway construction projects, which notably include, among others, the sea rock-fill base formation work for the motorway segment between İzmir and Çeşme. Later on, in line with its gradually improving equipment inventory, the Company successfully undertook and delivered miscellaneous overburden removing for Turkish Coal Enterprises and some privately owned mining sector. Köseoğlu Mining is now one of the leader in overburden removing and coal mining projects in Turkey.
